Johnny Boy makes Filipino inspired sandwiches. We've been doing pop-ups for years, mostly known for our two year residency at Juliet Social Club in Union Square. There has been three total sandwiches on our menu and we don't really want to change that formula. We're bringing back the longganisa (breakfast sausage), fried chicken adobo (soy sauce & vinegar sauce), while adding items requested by past customers. 

It took us almost two years to find the perfect spot for Johnny Boy. Now that we got our own space, we're not holding anything back. There's no restrictions or limitations to event planning or menu developing so we're going to have fun.
